We used to process exchanges and refunds separately, but we felt this approach was just not optimal.
In order to get better at what we do (ie. get you the goodies you want as soon as possible), we stopped accepting exchanges and instead simply ask you to initiate a refund for the merchandise to be returned. If you'd like to receive a different item instead, you may place a new order as you usually would.
The benefits: we can begin processing your new order for the correct item right away without having to wait to receive the items you are returning, meaning you get the items you want faster.
