Your new gear isn't quite meeting your expectations? No problem. For whatever reason, if you wish to return an item for refund, simply return it to us and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How do I initiate the return?
You don't need to ask us permission, you don't need to get a Return Authorization Number. All we ask is that you return the merchandise in the as-received condition. This means the returned item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with all original packaging and documentation.

With this ready to go, simply fire us an email to give us a heads up that an item will be returned. When we receive the package we'll know to process a refund for the items in the box.
Is there a restocking fee?
Nope, we don't hit you with a restocking fee for changing your mind. The full value of the item returned will be refunded to you.
Note that if your original order was greater than $200 and qualified for free shipping, but drops below $200 following the refund and is no longer applicable for free shipping, the correct shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
